Bachelor\u2019s degree or above; majors in electronic information, microelectronics, semiconductors, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor chip packaging and testing operations or supply chain management;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Familiar with the full semiconductor chip packaging and testing process and quality requirements;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Strong business negotiation and supplier management capabilities;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
