{"id":1399,"date":"2026-08-17T22:47:10","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T14:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lysotech.com\/functional-safety-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-09-19T03:23:36","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T19:23:36","slug":"functional-safety-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lysotech.com\/en\/functional-safety-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Functional Safety Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong> Lead the automotive functional safety system and SEooC safety concept, and obtain ASIL certification.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Establish the company\u2019s ISO 26262 functional safety process.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work with PMO\/Quality to establish safety-related configuration management and change control.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Functional safety design: Participate in the functional safety architecture design of automotive-grade chips for in-vehicle applications, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 (ASIL B\/D); participate in safety requirements analysis and decomposition, risk assessment (HARA), and safety mechanism design.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safety process and documentation: Develop project functional safety plans and prepare safety-related documentation. Coordinate third-party organizations to complete functional safety certification, including process and product certification (e.g., T\u00dcV, SGS).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3010Qualifications\u3011<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in microelectronics, electronic engineering, automation, computer science, or a related field;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. More than 5 years of experience in automotive chip functional safety, with experience in a complete mass-production chip project;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Proficient in ISO 26262 and skilled in safety analyses including HARA, DFMEA, FMEDA, DFA, and FTA;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Familiar with automotive chip architectures (bus, memory, clock\/power, communication interfaces, etc.);<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Knowledge of automotive industry system requirements including AEC-Q100, AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and IATF 16949; 6.
