Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in integrated circuits, microelectronics, electronic engineering, automation, or a related field;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. More than 5 years of automotive MCU\/SoC test development experience; familiar with automotive test characteristics and AEC-Q100 testing requirements;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Familiar with ATE testing principles and processes, with experience developing and introducing mass-production test programs;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Strong test-data analysis capabilities; familiar with yield improvement and failure analysis methods;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Programming skills (e.g., Python, VB, C\/C++) for test-data processing and automated analysis;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety requirements for chip testing is preferred;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
