Master\u2019s degree or above in electronic engineering, automation, computer science, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. More than 3\u20135 years of experience with automotive MCU control chips, with a deep understanding of control, algorithms, and optimization.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. More than 3 years of team leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Strong hardware and software capabilities and technical background; proficient in various hardware\/software debugging and development tools; familiar with peripheral drivers, system architecture, SDK design, and programming.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
