Apply systematic project management methods and strategies to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery, including project monitoring and advancement, resolution of critical bottlenecks, and data analysis and reporting.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuously review and optimize project management processes; establish and improve standardized project management systems to enhance the company\u2019s overall project management capability and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3010Qualifications\u3011<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Bachelor\u2019s degree or above from a full-time program in electronics, microelectronics, project management, or a related field;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. More than 3 years of project management experience; experience at a chip design company or familiarity with the full chip design process is preferred;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Familiar with chip R&amp;D processes, including design, verification, tape-out, packaging\/testing, and mass production;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. PMP certification is preferred;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
