Experience in marketing promotion and product definition at an automotive-grade chip manufacturer;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, computer science, marketing, or a related field; more than 8 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience, including more than 3 years of team management experience.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Experience in marketing promotion and product definition at an automotive-grade chip manufacturer; experience across the full chip lifecycle (requirements definition\u2013R&amp;D\u2013mass production) is preferred.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Familiar with the technical characteristics and R&amp;D processes of automotive-grade chips, with in-depth understanding of at least one of the following areas: automotive MCU, SerDes, or CMS.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Familiar with the automotive electronics ecosystem and knowledgeable about automotive MCU\/SoC hardware\/software architectures, core specifications, and application scenarios.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Excellent strategic thinking and business insight, with the ability to formulate strategies from technical, market, and business perspectives.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
