Zhejiang Lysotech Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2024. We are a semiconductor company focused on the development and design of high-performance RISC-V devices for safety-critical applications.
We recognized early the historic shift in global automotive E/E architectures from distributed systems toward domain control and centralized integration, and we set out to develop RISC-V architecture's safety-critical(Safety Critical) MCU and scalable computing platforms. Lysotech offers more than high-performance silicon: by aligning closely with functional-safety standards and the software ecosystem, we help OEM and Tier-1 suppliers evolve their architectures smoothly and reuse R&D assets efficiently through a period of major industry change.
