Responsibilities: Coordinate and track full project lifecycle management. Apply systematic project management methods and strategies to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery, including project monitoring and advancement, resolution of critical bottlenecks, and data analysis and reporting.
Continuously review and optimize project management processes; establish and improve standardized project management systems to enhance the company’s overall project management capability and efficiency.
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time program in electronics, microelectronics, project management, or a related field;
2. More than 3 years of project management experience; experience at a chip design company or familiarity with the full chip design process is preferred;
3. Familiar with chip R&D processes, including design, verification, tape-out, packaging/testing, and mass production;
4. PMP certification is preferred;
5. Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively drive project progress.
