Responsibilities: Develop MCU product testing and introduce and maintain mass-production testing.
Analyze product test data, improve yield and test coverage, and analyze and resolve test abnormalities;
Continuously improve and optimize product testing costs.
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in integrated circuits, microelectronics, electronic engineering, automation, or a related field;
2. More than 5 years of automotive MCU/SoC test development experience; familiar with automotive test characteristics and AEC-Q100 testing requirements;
3. Familiar with ATE testing principles and processes, with experience developing and introducing mass-production test programs;
4. Strong test-data analysis capabilities; familiar with yield improvement and failure analysis methods;
5. Programming skills (e.g., Python, VB, C/C++) for test-data processing and automated analysis;
6. Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety requirements for chip testing is preferred;
7. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with packaging/test vendors and internal R&D teams.
