Responsibilities: Establish an automotive-grade quality system and manage supplier quality, reliability certification, and customer audits.
Establish and maintain ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems and manage AEC-Q100 reliability qualification projects.
Focus on quality control throughout the entire chip R&D process. Establish and implement an R&D quality system and apply professional quality tools to mitigate quality risks at the design stage, ensuring chip design quality, verification effectiveness, and reliability during tape-out and sample stages, while supporting the smooth transition of products from R&D to mass production.
Establish and implement the R&D quality system; manage quality requirements and risks; assess and optimize R&D quality; manage changes and failures;
Provide customer quality support.
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, microelectronics, quality engineering, or a related field;
2. More than 5 years of experience in R&D quality management in the semiconductor industry;
3. Proficient in the IATF 16949 system and the five core quality tools; familiar with the AEC-Q100 automotive reliability qualification process;
4. IATF 16949 internal auditor/auditor certification is preferred;
5. Quality management experience at a chip design company is preferred.
